Surrey Hills Arts

Arts and culture in the Surrey Hills

A programme of arts events, installations and experiences in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty designed to connect people to this special landscape, its history, views and natural materials.

Stretching across the North Downs from Farnham in the west to Oxted in the East, the Surrey Hills was one of the UK’s first designated landscapes. Its mosaic of farmland, woodland, heaths, downs and commons has inspired some of our greatest artist, writers and architects.

Visit and enjoy this protected landscape and see how today’s artists are creating, engaging and inspiring in response. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe for our latest events and stories.
