Seeking a New Chair
Surrey Hills Arts are seeking a new independent chair.
We are seeking someone with a knowledge and passion for arts and landscape. Someone who can see the benefit and potential of responding to and engaging communities with art and nature.
The Chair of Surrey Hills Arts is a key role in the leadership of the Partnership Board ensuring we maintain our strong vision and fulfil our objectives. The role will be a critical friend by offering support, challenge and encouragement in addition to clear communication and facilitation within board meetings.
Commitment: Four board meetings plus preparation per year; representation would also be required at occasional key meetings of the Surrey Hills National Landscape and Surrey Hills Arts events. It is envisaged that the overall role would take up to half a day per week. Renumeration for travel expenses will be available.

Surrey Hills Arts is a partnership between Surrey Arts (Surrey County Council) and the Surrey Hills National Landscape. Formed in 2015, it delivers a programme of arts across the protected landscape and beyond.
